What Telescopes.pk collects when you order, why we need it, and who sees it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery city and address, and, if you give them, your email address and order notes. If you pay by transfer, the transaction reference you send us. If you request a replacement, your description of the problem.

Why

To confirm, deliver and support your order, including replacements. We contact you about your order on WhatsApp and by email.

Who sees it

The Telescopes.pk team. Trax receives your name, mobile number and address so it can deliver the parcel. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

No account needed

You can order without an account. Your order page opens only through the private link we give you after checkout, so please keep that link to yourself.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie to keep your cart and to protect its forms. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as they are needed to deliver, support and account for orders.
